It's Teresa Teng(1953-1995)' s famous song about the moon. Lyrics by Su Shi (1037 – 1101), also known as Su Dongpo, was a Chinese writer, poet, painter, calligrapher, pharmacologist, gastronome, and a statesman of the Song dynasty.
Teng and Su, both artistic attainment are unbeatable.
